Outstanding work, far reaching and insightful. I've read a lot of books on meditation and this one shares a place at the top.
Interesting combination of biology and physics that I have not witnessed before. Must have an open mind reading this book.

This is an amazing book. Many years after receiving this book,I still use it for reference.
I once did a workshop with the author,Saul Goodman,and he walks his talk,meaning,he knows what he's talking about. He manages to keep things real,meaning no mumbo-jumbo (new age tweeks) for the lay person,and gives solutions for a better life. This is one book that stays on my shelf. Read it,you'll be glad you did. One more thing,the illustrations are really interesting. |
