I don't know about you, but I am often at a loss as to what to fix for breakfast, both on in a hurry days and on nice leisurely mornings when you want to fix something really special. This book solves this problem with an entire book full of suggestions. I love the less that 15 minutes suggestions. What a way to get your family off to a good start in the morning.

Now this is a great refreshing change from the usual low-calorie low-fat low-everything bashing health nuts! I like the fact that she is sticking with around 300 odd cals a day - and be done with it! Some great breakfast ideas here - and half of them are under 10 minutes. Suits my crazy morning just fine!

When I saw the front cover with toast and juice - I thought "here we go again". Bound to leave me
hungry eating next to nothing. I couldn't have been more wrong ! Great choices here. Hot and cold.
Like that there is some hearty breakfasts as well as on the go stuff. The "Mushroom and Spinach Frittata
With Smoked Gouda" sounds amazing and I'm going to try that out on my next Book Club - even though
it's a breakfast I'm doing it for supper. The foods on the cover really don't do justice to what's inside.
