Decent Sampler Of Féliciano - Nothing More, April 9, 2011

When it came out in 2002 this Collectables CD, with good sound reproduction and notes by Al Fichera, was welcomed by those fans of José Féliciano who enjoyed his unique approach to the light Latin sound of most of his RCA Victor arrangements. Now, however, 10- to 12-track CDs have gone the way of the dinosaur and have since been surpassed by single volumes of upwards of 30 tracks, not to mention the many multi-disc box sets available on most of those late 1960s/early 1970s artists, including Féliciano.
At best, this can be considered a good, relatively cheap sampler of some of his work.
