All I can say is you get what you pay for and you pay with pain. These are cheaply made and I broke one after light use for a week and a half. If you're serious about using bands look somewhere else.

I just bought these and already I can tell these will become a big part of my exercise routine. They are tough, stretchy and strong!

Most people think you need some complex home gym to do core and basic leg workouts, but the reality is, all you really need is some basic equipment like a swiss ball, mat, dumbells and resistance bands.

These bands are great and really necessary to anyone trying to build strength in their body.

After looking around for a set of exercise bands, all I could find were individual tubes. This set is perfect since you get three separate tubes, with 6 to 10 lbs of resistance. Good price and even better quality! I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Great for Pilates, strength programs and most specifically P90X. These are very sturdy, come with a mesh carry bag and I use them whenever I travel. Great value and quality. You may want to get these, as opposed as chucking over $70 for comparable bands.

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY HUSBAND. HE BROKE HIS LEG A WHILE BACK AND HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO EXCERSIZE AS USUAL AS IT HURT HIM TO STAND. HE CAN USE THESE SITTING DOWN. HE TOLD ME HE REALLY LIKES THEM. HE MUST AS HE USESES THEM ALMOST EVERY DAY.

I got a lot of use out of the heavy band before it snapped, I replaced it with a more expensive heavier band that actually did not last as long. i would recommend these for most people, if you do heavy wights, don't use bands.

I like the idea of being able to use a "light" band if I need to and be able to switch to "heavy" for those moves that I'm most strong with.

this item ripped the first time i used it!!!! the one that ripped was the heavy duty one too!!!! stay away from this cheap item!!!!

it is a very good item for its price i use it when i go on trips or if i dont have enough to to use my weights

They delivered a high quality product very quickly. The heavy bands weren't as high resistance as I thought they would be. Overall good experience though.
