what's not to like about Jose? need I say more? been to several of his concerts. the first one we attended was very small, only 30-40 people in an old warehouse. we sat on folding chairs a few feet away from him, WHAT A SHOW!!!
we have the old original record album but needed the cd, simply the BEST!

I am a Feliciano fan and have been for a long time. I heard his version of Norwegian Wood when he first recorded and released his Fireworks album and thought it was the best work he has ever done. I finally purchased the 78 vinyl album of Fireworks in March 2005 from a collector. The album was damaged in April 2005 before I could play it. I finally found this Feliciano dual album. If you only buy one of his CDs, this is the CD to buy. This is a lot of Feliciano's best work, including Norwegian Wood, in one CD. This is a must have CD for Feliciano fans and you should buy it. Even if you aren't a fan you won't be disappointed if you purchase it.
PS Don't gauge the CD by the first cut. This a recording of Feliciano at age 10. Skip the first cut and enjoy the rest of the albums.

I purchased this for my son who enjoys great music, and Jose. He is enamored of this wonderful compilation of early and classic songs. That early song that other reviews say is awful, he and I think is just lovely - innocent, unembellished, and clear toned. Makes us wish that we had heard him in person in the early years. This album really is the VERY BEST.
