-As far as the shipping is concerned, the product arrived promptly, the box was intact and the item was well packed. It came with instructions and all of the necessary components.
-The faucet itself is reasonably well made for a $60 product- it's not a heavy, stainless steel high end piece, so don't be disappointed. But for $60, why would you? We bought this to replace a kitchen faucet in our rental house, so that give you an idea of our perspective when we where shopping. It even has a cute little decorative sparkly swatch adorning the top of the handle- but I would never, ever pay what the full list price says it's worth.
-Please, please make sure that you have 1/2" fittings where you are installing this. I didn't check, and had to call a plumber when the product's hoses started leaking right after installation. I spent $95. That's how I found out that standard US fittings are 3/8", not 1/2", an expensive lesson. Now I've spent an additional $12 on a silicone leak spray because I'm darned if I'm going to throw this thing out at this point. Another comment the plumber made was that nowhere in the literature that was packed with the product did it mention a manufacturer name or any contact information, so I can't even call to find out if they offer additional fittings.

Very cheap product, inside tube broke within 2 months and water started leaking down without we being able to see any issue with the faucet... It took a while to figure out water was leaking down from the tube.. Bad design and very cheap product.. Don't waste your money or you end up spending more on plumber and getting the things fixed which are spoiled by the water leaks...

At first I gave it 4 stars because it was a great price and worked fine...That is until it broke a few weeks later!!...I was concerned it would not be satisfactory because it cost less than the others and I was RIGHT..

The flexible (metal) thing (excuse me for knowing what it's called) that runs inside the hose BROKE a few short months after it was installed..

I have small sinks and so badly in need of a sprayer..after it broke my husband reinstalled the one old faucet.. now I don't have a sprayer again.. Lots of ''expensive'' work and trouble for nothing.. we are like most people these days not having the money to buy everything we need..So when we do it means everything to us that it WORKS.

DON'T BUY THIS JUNK AND I APOLOGIZE FOR NOT MAKING A RETRACTION BEFORE NOW... I hope no-one bought this peace of *%$# based on my previous review..

This faucet is very nice considering its low-low price. We are remodeling the kitchen in a few years, but our old faucet died and we needed a short term replacement.

The big problem was missing parts which forced our plumber to make two trips to Home Depot. It cost more to pay the plumber for his Home Depot runs than the faucet cost.

We tried to contact the manufacturer, but the only phone number was the distributor who shipped the product and they offered no assistance. And of course, Amazon is difficult to contact directly.

Completly dissapointed. 3 differend pieces on this faucet were broken. I managed to "fix" two of them. Not the 3rd. When I hooked up the supply lines and opened the water valves one of the supply lines leaked, bad. They weren't standard supply lines either. Some worthless oddball connection on one end that screws directly into the faucet. $50 that I completly wasted. Not to mention all of the wasted time fixing/installing. I would never buy this product, or anything from this seller again.

Yikes. I got what I paid for--a cheap faucet. I installed this in the kitchen in November (a normal two-person home with regular use) and in January, it sprung a leak so fast & big that I had water going from under the kitchen sink to the other side of the wall, into the living room.

Do not buy.

After several months of ownership I'm still really happy with this faucet. The water flow is great, it's durable, The removable spray head is super useful. It's a steal at this price, compared to other faucets with none of these features but cost triple. Yes, like everyone says, read the specs to make sure you get the right fittings. Home Depot has fitting conversion pieces if you need them, in my case I attached new hoses to the end of my old ones that went from 1/2 to 3/8, and just joined them straight male to male on the ends of the old hoses. It wasn't a big deal.
