Christmas Candle From China December 30, 2010

Candle showed up broken. The frame is flimsy and doesn't support the weight. Poor engineering. I fixed it by gluing plastic supports to broken area.

Once the candle is hung in the window and not touched, it works fine. It's obvious where it was made, and it wasn't in the U.S.A.

Really nice size candles for my windows. I ordered 5. The packageing was GREAT, fast ship and the product is by Vickermann, one of the highest quality in the industry of lights. The product is sturdy and should last for years.. if one light goes out the others stay lit..Also suction cup with plastic hook is included.. The PRICE point is TERRIFIC Especially since it is made by Vickermann

Very disappointing December 21, 2010

I had ordered 4 window lights in November 2009. One - the candlelight - did not light up at all. I provided feedback for the seller, and he emailed me back promising that he would replace the defect one. I corrected my review praising this seller especially for his response!...I am still waiting for the replacement as of today...
