Loretta is tremendous at making her points. While stress is bad for probably every part of our lives, my expertise is in its affect on heart patients. I have SEEN the program on PBS more than twice and part of it was featured at our Mended Hearts convention in June. I just read somewhere that Amazon is the best site (better than her own) for obtaining the videos. I'm particularly pleased that it is available as the complete set. Loretta Laroche is a charm - a one in a million kind of lady. Loretta pokes fun at many female (and male) idiosincracies and teaches us to laugh at ourselves. Every time Loretta laughs, you will laugh with her. This is not only an entertaining video but also shows you how to let go, loosen up and have fun in this life.

Loretta LaRoche is a one-of-a-kind, a real treasure. Her approach to managing stress is both funny and educational. I highly recommend these tapes to anyone needing insight in how to deal with the pressures in our lives.

I'm "living" with terminal cancer, and watching "The Joy of Stress" has really made a difference for me. I laughed so hard I thought I'd "broken" something, but the next morning I felt the best I had in months. I suspected I didn't have enough humor in my life when the dog started barking at me when I laughed. She'd better get used to it, as I'm ordering several of Loretta's videos!!!

She makes the "every day" world so funny. You come away feeling better for having watched her videos.

Envision this - I used this video in my prison classes - Have you ever seen 150 grown men "twirl" when they are mad? She teaches us to keep things simple and funny - a much needed tool in todays living.

What a wonderful teaching on how not to take yourself so lightly, and how to adapt to the daily stressors that we deal with.
