Not a pattern book,
By Tommy L. Binford "homebuildingbookreader" (Conroe, TX USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Lighting Pattern Book for Homes (Hardcover)
I am not sure that the author's intended the title and content of this book to be quite so different. There is nothing here that will help you choose the correct position for lighting in your new home. They do offer alternative lighting choices (e.g. fluorescent lights to replace incandescent for better energy efficiency) along with potential energy savings. If you want to know how to position recessed lights to best illuminate a room, then this is not the book for you. I was very disappointed. After the first 15 or so pages the book is very repetative. Beyond the beginning, the text looks like something that college professors threw together to pad their publication list.
