This saber is excellent. I bought it because I couldn't find Anakin/Luke's saber and was pleasantly surprised. I thought the handle (because it is curved) would be awkward and uncomfortable. But the handle is the best part! It is so easy to swing around the saber to fight off other fans in line. The handle makes it easy to switch from a jabbing position to a hacking grip. The red blade also looks pretty cool. It may cost more, but the comfortable, easy-to-use and cool-looking handle is worth it.

I got this lightsaber today, and it is really good. The color is really good and the handle is cool. I like the way it makes noises when you hit it on another lightsaber - like my brothers.

Me and my friend had heard good things about these toys.In one day we earned forty bucks(20 for each of us)and bought them.She got Annikans and I got Count Dooko. Mine is awesome. i love the it curves in your hand.You need to buy them.Trust me!

I bought this and the Anakin Lightsaber at the same time. At first, I was unsure at how I would be able to fight with the curved handle, as well as it looking a little silly. But once I tried it, I loved it! The knob at the end allows you to swing it around in your hand with ease. It's unique "pistol" shape makes for an unexpected ease of change between a parry, and a slash. This was a pleasent suprise!

One thing I noticed about the sounds, On Dooku's, the charge up noise has a higher pitch than Anakin's, but the ambient "hum" is lower when compared to Anakin's. The "crash" sounds remain the same however. Cool! Unique FX!

I wish the light shaft wasn't so transparent though, it would make the beam look more solid.

These lightsabers are a great toy for the young, or just young at heart. They sound just like the movie, and look great in the dark.

The Count Dooku lightsaber is a great addition to any collector. I purchased the lightsaber today and am very happy w/ it. My brothers also got Anakin's and Obi-Wan's lightsaber.
The only bad thing about Dooku's lightsaber is that the part where you put in the batteries screws off when you use it. Other than that is a great item.

I am the owner of both Anakin's and Obi-Wan's lightsaber, but I borrowed Count Dooku's lightsaber from my friend for a week, so I got a preety good impression on how it is. I don't like the way the hilt of the saber is curved, because it is hard to handle. I like where the activation button is located, because it is out of the way of your hands when you are swinging it around. I would advise getting either one of the blue sabers more than this one, though.

Well, After reading the reviews here at Amazon for about a week, I had decided to buy the Dooku epII sabre. I had very good expectations for it, and i don't quite think i was wrong, but i wasn't right either..

First of all, it its confortable to an exetent. Yes, it is more confortable to the Anikin sabre, but feels quite awkwars when you swing, and use two hands.

Second, It does infact look pretty [good]. but i was very disapointed when I saw the blade lenth. Though its isn't "over 3 feet" but a little under 3 feet.

Third, its durability (for me at least) [is bad]. After a day of thwarting Jedi do-gooders, my blade's glowing light simply stopped glowing. After tinkering with it for about an hour i fixed it. But it stil gives me trouble

The Count Dooku lightsaber is GREAT. Unlike the Episode 1 lightsabers the Episode 2 ones are BETTER and CHEAPER!!!! The sounds are very movie-like, the details in the lightsaber are great,and the blade extends about the size of the movie's lightsaber. The only downside is that the blade doesn't completely close into the handle like the ones with no sounds...). Besides that the lightsaber is GREAT.

Hello,... I just got back from the store and I am in shock. This saber is incredible. The curved handle makes it sooo easy to swing, switch position really fast. You can twirl it in an X pattern really fast and fight really fast WITH ONE HAND!! MY FRIENDS ARE GOIN' DOWN!!
Its super comphortable and easy. the handle makes it hecka easy to fight real fast. The plastic is noticably stronger in the blade. The blade is cool as red. It would be good as blue, too.

The blade is a little shorter , but that only makes it more maneuverable. You could totally take on a darth maul saber with one of these.

I bought this toy and I was soooo satisfied. the only thing that I would even think of disliking about this product is that the blade doesn't retract all the way. This makes no difference once or ever for the fun of this toy. To test it's durability, I dropped out of the 2nd floor window and it didn't even get scratched!!! The curved handle is surprisingly extremly comfortable!!! I highly reccomend this product!!!!!!!!
