I love this bag, I purchased it before a trip to NYC. The bag is spacious but not bulky looking at all. My Canon Powershot SX20IS fits very well, leaving plenty of space for all my other things. There are lots of compartments that are well placed and organized. I also liked the strength and durability of the overall bag, felt very secure. A great investment for the sale price.

This is an excellent camera bag for its size. It is important to note that this bag is actually a Lowepro Edit 120. You can find it elsewhere on Amazon for much less and without shipping and handling charges. Also beware of businesses that require an RMA to return. Some make it easy, some do not!

Purchased to replace previous case that was in use.
recomended by friend that purchased same model camera.
the size of the bag is just right for the size of the camera.
It has many pockets in which to store all the acessories that you
might need to carry .
only negative about the case is that the carry handle on top of case could be a little more sturdier. Other than that, the case is very fuctionsl and serves it's purpose very well.

I have read many reviews on other brands of camera bags advertised for the Canon SX40HS superzoom where customers are reporting they are too small. This bag is NOT too small; it's the perfect size! I selected this bag because I wanted to carry all of my accessories with the camera. End result: everything fits nicely - snug to prevent the camera from moving around, but not overly tight so the camera is easy to remove from the bag.

MY ARRANGEMENT -
The main compartment of this bag has 2 removable partitions held in place with velcro. I decided to insert the camera sideways with the right-side grip facing up. That allows my right hand to grab the right side of the camera, lift it out, left hand puts camera strap around neck and removes lens cap, and its ready to go (the camera can also fit with lens pointing up or down if desired). To make this work, I repositioned the left partition to be against the left wall (turned so velcro is at top and bottom) with the lower part angled-in slightly at the bottom, which makes a slight ledge for the lens to rest on. I then repositioned the right partition to be against the back of the camera (turned so velcro is on the sides), which keeps the camera snug between the 2 partitions. This right partition also creates a very nice "pocket" between it and the right wall. I store my tulip lens hood in this pocket, with room to spare (the charger would also fit there). Note that I could choose to store the camera in this bag leaving the lens hood mounted on the camera and facing out simply by repositioning the right partition.
I store 2 spare SD cards and the camera's fancy leather case for the removable hot shoe cover in the pocket sewn into the lid. I store the camera's USB cable in one zippered side pocket, and 2 spare batteries in the other side pocket. I store the battery charger and cleaning cloths in the large zippered front pocket.

BAG QUALITY -
This camera bag appears to be very well constructed. The bag itself feels like it has a hardened shell built into the soft lining, which keeps its shape. The bottom outside of the bag is covered in a plastic material, which appears to protect it from moisture and scuffing. The top handle is well padded, and the included shoulder strap has rotating metal clasps and a wide shoulder pad like the bigger SLR bags.

So far, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought this camera bag for my Canon sx40hs and it fits perfectly. There is not a great deal of flopping around so the camera is quite secure. There is room for filters and another small camera. The straps are strong with a nice padded shoulder strap and the velcro and zippers on the flap are good. For half the price of a department store purchase, it's well worth the money spent.

This case fits a Cannon Powershot SX40 quite well (with lens hood on), as another review described. There is enough room for a few filters and spare batteries as well. The case is adequately padded and well designed so taking the camera out one-handed is easy.

I've also used this case was used to carry an SX40 and Vixia camcorder simultaneously, cutting down on the number of cases to carry around.

The case is spacious but not too bulky. The interior accommodates the camera perfectly and the exterior pockets are just what I need for extra batteries, memory cards and other random items. The strap is very comfortable and the handle is a good touch. This is an excellent bag for the Canon PowerShot SX20.

Great space and holds all the accessory cords, plus room for spare batteries and other accessories you want with you. Keeps camera in a safe padded area with good room. So far I really like it, but haven't used it alot. At this point I would recommend it highly.

We recently purchased the Canon SX30is SLR digital camera and I wanted to have a good case to carry and protect the camera. When purchasing the camera, this case came up as an option and we really weren't doing a lot of shopping and comparing. Regardless, it turned out to be a good decision. The camera fits snugly into the plush compartment which also has a Velcro divider that can be moved around to fit the camera more snugly while providing another compartment. The top zips but also has a Velcro flap so if you're just wanting to take the camera out for a few shots, you don't need to zip up the case, just flip the cover of and it secures with Velcro until you're ready to stow the camera when you're done. There is a heavy shoulder strap with swivels as well as a strong belt loop so you can secure it on your hip if at a sporting event for example. This is a great bag, I'm really glad we got it and definitely worth the price. Good value!

I purchased this bag for my wife's Canon SX30IS camera. The bag appears to be pretty durable and doesn't feel flimsy at all. I removed the middle partition and found it has just enough room to hold my camera without very much unnecessary jostling-around inside the bag which should prevent damage while it's being carried about. The side pouches are a nice touch for storing extra memory cards, batteries, etc. I definitely wanted a bag that wasn't a burden to carry but would protect my camera. The micro-fiber cloth was not in the camera bag. It was simply thrown into the shipping bag and I almost threw it out with the trash as I didn't realize it was in there. (Not a gripe. Just don't want someone else to make this mistake.) All-in-all, this was a good purchase.
