One can't go wrong with a Josh Ottum record. He's got unique musical sensibilities, and his melodies, while often quirky, will run through your mind for days. Combining his fantastic songwriting with an equally talented and sensible band of musicians who fill out the record (several from Sufjan Stevens's troupe) has resulted in three great albums so far (I also highly suggest his second LP "Watch TV" and its companion EP "Mellow Out). Josh is doing a thing all his own, and it's something more people ought to experience. Buy this record, and share it with all your friends!
