These are definitely worth trying. I started out with smartballs and then decided to go with actual ben wa balls. At first these didn't do as much for me as the smartballs. Then I figured out that if I put them in too deep they don't provide as much sensation as when I put them a bit lower. When placed lower they can provide a really intense O for me while I exercise my pc muscles and have fun. It would be great if all exercising was this fun. : )

I've been using the Ben wa balls for kegels since I don't really feel any sensations as they said would occur. My pelvic floor feels stronger.
