I purchased this for my 18 month old son. I don't think he understands that it tells a story, but he loves this toy. He takes all the pigs out of the house and drops them into the chimney. It is light enough for him to tote it around the house. I think he will come to enjoy the story once he is old enough.

This little house is too cute! I bought this for my 1 yr old daughter for Christmas. She loves opening the doors and putting the pigs and the wolf in different rooms. Also, the chimney comes off and the wolf can drop down inside the house. I love the story and music that plays every time you open a door. It reminds me of the toys I played with as a kid. I plan on getting another for a friend of mine.
