True to size, spectacular shoe. I wore to work where I have to stand most of the day & they were fine. The shoe is very steep. I wear high heels daily. I wore them to a wedding, they looked great but my shins were sore afterwards from having to move fast in such steep heels. I love the shoe. Happy with my purchase.
