I think Lilias is the best TV yoga instructor, and this 2-tape (4 half-hour lessons) set is great. The exercises make you feel so much better, not like a "work-out," where you feel tired and worn-out, but stretching exercises that feel good to do. Afterwards, I feel a lot better in body and mind. It's exercise I look forward to. Also, Lilias gives little lessons about yogic philosophy, relaxation or meditation, not weird or out-of reach, rather very pertinent and useful.

I find Lilias' manner to be calming and the yoga stretching and strengthening exercises she takes us through to be both relaxing and invigorating. Since I was just starting out, I did feel the effects of the work-out the next day...that little bit of soreness in those unused muscles! I feel that this is just the beginning; a good and simple work-out providing steps toward promoting strength and flexibility. And it does wonders for relieving stress and bringing balance into my day!

Informative and excellent video for the yoga beginner. My only complaint is that the quality of the video is quite poor. Even with the advanced tracking systems in most vcr's this one is still very grainy.
