I have tried the recoil pad and got an excellent result, reduced the recoil 70%. really deserve to got one.

Limbsaver Slip-On Medium Recoil Pad #10547
I got it for my Remington model 710 .270. It does work. The "pain" in the shoulder was not there anymore. I would not say it made it 5.56/.223 soft though. If anybody says it does they are not telling the truth. But, It does work well and it fit well. Overall good product. I am happy with it the product. I gave it a 3 star only because I would have liked a little more...

This item work great on my Benelli Nova,I reccomend this recoil pad highly, and easy to install it just slips on and it fit my stock nice and tight. IT shoot so much better, and no more sore shoulder. I shot 3 boxes of 31/2 #2 shot today with a whole lot less recoil. Before my shoulder would hurt for days.
