At the time I am writing this there are two reviews up rating this with 1 star and stating the coins don't fit. I'm astonished by these reviews! I remember having these same folders when I was a kid in the late 60's and I'm happy to report they are just as fine a quality now as they were back then. I know this because I still happen to have two of them. Unfortunately they are now made in China when they used to be made in the U.S., but what isn't. Anyway, to address the claim that the holes are two small and you can't get the coins in ... this is utterly ridiculous. As always, like in the 60's, you simply insert the coin at an angle and then push the other side down. So easy a child can do it. I inserted 46 pennies last night, while in bed, watching TV, with my body twisted to the side accessing my nightstand, in about 10 minutes, taking my sweet time. That about sums it up, except to say, if you need a coin folder, Whitman has always done a real nice one.

Whitman Lincoln Cents collection is a good quality folder for the new and old collectors alike. Each of its 3 pages has 30 slots for holding a total of 90 coins and for either displaying the back or some other special coins you may have. There are no labels but a space to do you own labeling is provided. Read the directions and inserting the coins is no problem. this would make a great "tooth fairy" album because it will hold what ever pennies you want to put in it. if you like to collect out of your pocket change, this is probably for you =)

I bought this folder to put some loose pennies, both Lincoln (any year) and Indian head cents. Amazingly, the punched holes are too small in diameter. It is inconceivable to me how this folder could make it through any kind of quality control. After applying massive amounts of pressure, using all of my body weight, I managed to get one penny partial pushed in - and at the same time, bent and creased the cardboard folder thoroughly. I have folders for many other types of coins, and have never had a problem like this. I have returned this product and hopefully the manufacturer will test out the size before releasing any more of these. I have a feeling they cut these holes for dimes, not pennies. Save yourself the $3.99 and more importantly the time, as I guarantee this product will be of zero use to you.
