Beautiful (But Measure First),

When researching baking pans, I learned that a lower gauge means a heavier-duty, thicker, metal pan. This 12-gauge pan is beautiful, heavy and shiny. It has a lip that's about one inch. I would highly recommend it, with one caveat: unfortunately, it's about an inch too wide for my oven. If you are planning to use this at home, be sure to measure your oven first!
