It arrives twisted and tied into a knot tighter than the picture shows, no new copper seal washer. Because it's wound up so tight, probably straight off the assembly line, it's difficult to use. You have to grab it, untwist it, push on, lube, pull off, then it springs back into a little coil flinging grease all over the place. Everything I've tried to get it to straighten out doesn't work. Since you don't get a new copper seal, it leaks there, more grease all over the place.
