Never received Item,

I paid double the amount for the item in order to receive a two-day delivery. Not only did the item not arrive in the two-day delivery promised, but, the item never arrived at all. I have therefore lost my money on this deal. I am going to begin the long and difficult process of trying to get a refund from this seller.
