Two of my favorite Linda Howard stories! While these are older, and dated, I still love the hero in each story. I really like the fact that John Rafferty, mentioned in Diamond Bay, is a strong hero, but not the usual format of a Seal or Special Ops kind of guy. He is a normal, regular guy that owns a ranch. Maybe that is all that makes him regular, but it still works for me. White Lies is good, too. I like the set up, guy is injured in explosion, can't be identified (?), needs protection. OK, so in this day and age, he could so easily have been identified, but this is an old story. It is still romantic and he is very sweet. We should all be so lucky as these heroines!

All Linda Howard books are GREAT for romance and mystery. She is most definetely one of my FAVORITE Authors. I own EVERY book she has ever written!!
