I am been purchasing Linda Nelson Stocks calendars since 2001. I have given several to friends who have also enjoyed them, too. I enjoy her folk art. It reminds me of a simpler life where we can break free of our worries and stresses. I like the colors she uses. She is just an excellent artist. What better way to enjoy her art then by having several paintings in a calendar.

I have purchased Linda Nelson Stocks calendars yearly for probably about ten years and never tire of the beauty of the country folk art on each page. There has never been a calendar that disappointed me yet.

This calendar is hard to find locally; so I searched it and came up with this very excellent price! Calendar arrived in great shape. What a deal!

Linda Nelson Stocks Folk calendars used to be sold through Lang, but happily are now available through Amazon. I purchase one of her Folk Art calendars every year and thoroughly enjoy them as they brighten up my kitchen. I guess it's as simple as if you're a Linda Nelson Stocks fan, this is a "must have".

The calendar arrived a little later than I anticipated, but that is okay because it is for personal use and it is a calendar for next year. I was disappointed that it was bent on corners and has a slight crease in the center of the calendar. It is not horrible, but I love these prints and I usually hand-pick them to get a "perfect" one because I consider this an art piece, not just a calendar. The calendar itself is, as usual, excellent folk art by Linda Nelson Stocks. I love her work, especially the winter prints.

One of the reasons I have been purchasing this calendar for over 20 years is the wooden display frame that I originally purchased with the calendar. Now, this year, for some reason, the calendar is too wide for the frame. I contacted Linda Nelson Stocks company directly, but they never responded. Very disappointing!

Just wanted to let you know the Linda Nelson Stocks Folk Art 2011 calendar I ordered is too large for the "Wooden Frame" for the calendar. My husband had to cut it down to size so it would fit. (about a 1/4 inch too wide) In all the years I have ordered this calendar this has NEVER happened before!

I usually like these calendars, however, this one is disappointing because some of the scenes are not appropriate to the months they depict. For example, leaves are changing in the July image and the August image looks more like spring than late summer. Additionally, I did not see any new images, they have all appeared on past calendars. A few repeats are okay, but not an entire calendar of repeats! If the artist has stopped painting, then the publisher should hire another artist.

Every year I scope the stores looking for this calendar, and usually find it on Amazon. It is the ONLY one good enough to hang in my home in a wooden calendar frame as a picture. I have been buying Linda Nelson Stocks' Folk Art calendars (both engagement and wall) since first introduced to her about 20 years ago by a friend, and haven't missed a year. I also buy these calendars for my daughter and sisters, who have come to love them as much as me. I also hang this calendar in my office so I can enjoy its beauty all year long. I never get tired of the beautiful pictures. The engagement calendar is the perfect size for keeping track of my appointments at work.

I love these drawings, very cute and cozy, home-y and small townish. Makes me wish I could live there! Nice and big pictures and the calendar portion is very legible with space to write some little notes in each day.
