I purchased 4 of these, with the 4-for-3 promotion, and am SO glad that I did. I got them for a candy exchange party that I host and need lots and lots of room for trays full of chocolate candies as they harden. They held the heavy trays without making me worry about them tipping over and ruining all of our hard work. And, I love how compact they are when folded for storage. It was a little hard, at first, to get the bottom tier to come out of it's locked position but has gotten easier now that I have the hang of it and broken it in a bit. I have used it for a variety of sizes and shapes of cookie sheets, 16 inch round pizza sheets, standard muffin pans, cake pans, 9x13 brownie pans, and it will even hold cooling racks. I prefer it over the "stacking cooling racks" since you can access any tray at any time and use the pans/racks/sheets that you already own. If you use it for items that are taller than the space provided between each tier, you can opt to leave one or both of the center tiers in the up/folded position. They stay with out falling.

I love this thing! No matter how much counter space you have, you can't ever find enough room for trays of Christmas cookies. This gadget solves that problem.

I also like to use it when I make homemade pasta. I can lay the pasta sheets out on cookie trays and stack them up near the pasta machine. No more trailing around the kitchen with pasta sheets flapping in the breeze, looking for a place to lay them out to dry.

It's completely stable, it's strong, it folds up flat...what more could you ask? I use very large, heavy baking stones and they do not tip it. The bottom-most rack has a locking mechanism so it won't fold in use. It is so handy for countertop space!!! Very helpful tool for this mom.

This product performs as promised, which is in and of itself a rarity. I have two of them which I use when baking cookies. I place a cooling rack on each and then start making the dough. As a tray of cookies is prepared they go on to the rack waiting for oven time. As a tray comes out of the oven it too goes to the rack. Once they have cooled in the pan the pan is removed and the cookies go directly to the rack,,, and so it continues.

I bought four of these racks and gave one as a gift. The other three I used last week to bake 70 croissant pastries and they held the sheet pans perfectly. The pans are 13" x 18". The racks are very sturdy and held the pans while the croissants were rising and also when cooling. I never worried about them toppling from the weight and they were pretty heavy. Folds down and stores easily. Great product.

I bought this to use to stack my Wilton Nonstick Cooling Rack Grid, 14 1/2 by 20-Inch. It works well, so long as you mind the elbows once you begin stacking. (So as not to hit the over-hanging edge of the racks and topple them over.)

My only complaint would be the locking mechanism on the bottom tier. It's good to have the lock for stability. Unfortunately, it's so stable that it's very difficult for me to un-lock for storage. I don't know if it's just the one I got or a design flaw. To give you an idea- The little bit of metal that keeps it from folding in on itself acts as a stopper. You must push in on the sides of the bottom tier- elongating the "U" and at the same time fold the bottom tier down. The problem on mine is that, even while doing this, the ends catch on that protruding bit of metal. When I "squeeze the U" the ends (picture the upper tips of the U) don't squeeze in with the rest and they catch. It seems a little tweak in the design would make this product perfect.

Aside from that, I love this product. It allows me to stack my favorite cooling racks and maximize my space. It's great for Christmas cookie baking!

I was shopping for nonstick cooling grids when I stumbled across this Baker's Mate Organizing rack at the bottom of the page. I thought looks interesting, why not? I am not often 5-star impressed with a purchase, but this item satisfied a need I never even realized I had! I live in a small house and LOVE to bake, around the holidays my furniture is often re-arranged to handle cooling racks and cookie sheets waiting to go into the oven. This rack is the best solution EVER! I purchased two of them and can stack four sheets in the counter space of just one; I use one rack for things going IN the oven, the other rack for things going out. It folds up flat and is about the size of a jelly roll pan(would nest inside) but I hang it from a hook on pegboard storage in my closet, along with my other cooling racks. You can also use it as 2 or 3-shelves simply by not opening 1 or 2 of the legs so you could accomodate deeper pans & it still functions properly. It is quite sturdy, and confidently holds four fully loaded 14x20" baking sheets... like my title states, it's one of those things I never knew I needed, but don't know how I lived without! Would highly recommend for anybody who bakes, crafts, or has hobbies that take up lots of horizontal surface space and can be stacked into pans, cookie sheets, dishes or boxes that fit between the racks.

I have a very limited amount of counter space in my kitchen and being a professional baker when I bake at home I don't seem to be able to bake in small quantities. This was such a great tool that I bought a second one. For small pans, I simply put wire cooling racks on the shelves so it works for everything. AND... another nice feature, it folds up flat so it take up very little room for storage.

This rack folds flat and can also be hung up for storage. It is VERY sturdy and you can put anything on it that doesn't fall through the holes!LOL I LOVE THIS RACK!! I have decided to purchase another one and can't wait to get it! I bake ALL the time and this rack is the perfect addition to my kitchen. I RECOMMEND it WHOLEHEARTEDLY!! It is worth so much more than what you pay for it.

This Linden Baker's Mate fold up rack is great. It is strong, stable and folds up flat for storage. It easily holds multiple sheet pans and cooling racks. This really freed up space on my countertop during baking extravaganzas. It is much easier to use than other stacking racks. Especially when holding trays with a big oven mitt on my hand.

Definitely a well made and well-thought out product. Bakers and candy makers will like it.
