This rack is a godsend. My kitchen is small and very limited on counter space. Sheet pans fit nicely and if you want to set smaller items on the shelves, it adapts easily by setting a cooling wire on the shelf. I use it when I need additional space for cooking in general.

I love how this rack makes baking cookies even more pleasant in my kitchen because I have limited counter space. I use it to stack trays of cookies waiting to be baked when using my large All-Clad Gourmet Ovenware Cookie Sheet: Small Baking Sheet and cookies to be cooled using my CIA Masters Collection 12 Inch x 17 Inch Wire Cooling Rack, Chrome Plate Steel. I noticed that the center feet of my CIA Masters Collection 12 Inch x 17 Inch Wire Cooling Rack, Chrome Plate Steel keeps the rack about a quarter inch away from the back of the rack. This has not caused me problems keeping the cooling rack well seated on the organizing rack.

The box says each of the upper racks holds up to 10 lbs or 30 lbs not including the bottom rack. And because the bottom rack locks well into place I know that the rack will not accidentally collapse under the weight of my All Clad Large Cookie Sheets and cookies.

This rack is a great gift idea and will come in handy in kitchens around the holidays when counter space is at a premium.

The rack allows you to stack cooling racks or baking sheets when cooking in a kitchen with limited counter space.

We have a small kitchen, and my wife loves to bake. This simple but effective tool has eliminated the hot-trays-all-over-the-place problem we had during previous holiday cookie cooking binges. Folds up to the size of a baking pan. Good and straightforward solution to a minor but irritating problem.
