I am a huge fan of any DVD's Lindsay Brin creates. This is a summary of my success with her videos- when I got married, I weighed 115. After my first baby, I couldn't get below 128. (I ran and worked out like crazy trying to lose my baby weight). I heard about these DVD's after my second baby and after 6 months, I was down to 106 lbs (which is a great weight for my 5'2" height)! I haven't been in this great of shape since my freshman year of high school!!!! I never imagined losing this much weight and never actually intended to! It just happened as I did her DVD's three times per week. The BootCamp 2 DVD is great and I love it. It has several workouts to choose from and includes core exercises, cardio, and toning (all of which are crucial for weight loss; as is changing your workouts- which she gives you so many options, you can change often). So worth $20! I would've paid $100 to get the results I had been waiting 2 1/2 years to get!!!! You can't go wrong buying this. It's a fantastic workout that continues to challenge me after months of using it!!

This is such an awesome DVD. You can't beat the value: $10 for potentially years worth of workouts. This DVD allows you to mix and match workouts depending on your level. The warm up and cool down are the same regardless of level, but there are 6 different 5-minute ab workouts and 6 different 10-minute cardio sessions. If you are at all out of shape, definitely start with number 1. Lindsay's workouts are hard - fast but hard! Like her other DVDs, she shows 3 levels of modification for each exercise to help you avoid injury. I love that this DVD lets you mix and match. It really helps avoid the boring factor - you know, where you can predict every word she'll say next and eventually you can't stand the workout DVD anymore. I also love that you can get such amazing results so quickly from just a short workout. It's a lot easier to push yourself to exercise and give it your all if you know it's only 10 or 15 minutes, but just that 10-15 minutes a day will make you look pretty different after just a couple weeks. Give it a try!

I ordered this video when I accidentally came across it while looking at some new Denise Austin videos. The reviews were so great that I fugured I would give it a try and see what happens. I am so glad I did! My youngest "baby" is now 4 years old and yet I had never lost the 30 extra pounds I've been carrying since giving birth. I was ready to give up, I really thought I would never be thin again. I decided to try the 8 week plan as given on the DVD, I am now in my 7th week and I am wearing jeans I haven't worn in years :). I have lost inches all over, but the most exciting part is that this video works wonders on the waistline. No more huge belly bulge hanging over my jeans. I can't say enough good things about this Bootcamp video. It has given me hope that I will return to my prepregnancy size as I am already well on my way there. Lindsay is a wonderful instructor, so encouraging and the DVD plan really eases you up into more difficult workouts. I have seen a huge improvement in my cardiovascular health, flexibility, balance and muscle strength. If you are a mom who is discouraged about your body don't give up, just start this 8 week program and you will be so glad you did!

I used the original Boot Camp with my first pregnancy and was in far better shape than pre-pregnancy before I even finished the 12-week program. I've now had my second child and decided to try Boot Camp 2. I wasn't able to workout for most of my pregnancy thanks to a lot of spotting followed by a really bad sinus infection. I had a c-section so I wasn't able to work out until six weeks post-partum. Needless to say I was pretty out of shape as a result. I started with Boot Camp 2 and the first week workout was perfect for easing back into a workout routine. It wasn't too overwhelming but still felt challenging enough. I'm now on my fourth week and already seeing fantastic results! My stomach has tightened up, my arms are starting to feel firm and I've lost 10 pounds--I actually had to start eating more to prevent myself from losing too much at once (still breastfeeding). Had I not adjusted my calorie intake I would have easily lost 12-15. Having the 10 minute segments to choose from has been a life saver. I have a two-month old and a two year old and will soon be starting back to work full-time. It's so easy to squeeze in a quick ten-minute workout when I don't quite have time for a full workout. A couple more segments later in the day and I've gotten in 30-40 minutes of exercise no problem! And even when I only have time for 15 minutes of exercise for the entire day, my energy is through the roof--what a difference!

After I got the doctors's ok four weeks after my baby was born, I started doing Boot Camp every other day. I now weigh less than I ever have and I am wearing size 4 pants! The DVD is easy to use because you can pick and chose from the 10 minute workouts. The toning sections have done wonders to my abs and arms. This is a great DVD to get back in shape after baby! :)
