This video has a great idea to be able to create your own work out but it's so choppy and repetitive that it's a bit annoying. Her technique and instruction about the core confuses me. I used other videos during my pregnancy and am not to excited about this one. It's just OK.

I am a huge fan of any DVD's Lindsay Brin creates. This is a summary of my success with her videos- when I got married, I weighed 115. After my first baby, I couldn't get below 128. (I ran and worked out like crazy trying to lose my baby weight). I heard about these DVD's after my second baby and after 6 months, I was down to 106 lbs (which is a great weight for my 5'2" height)! I haven't been in this great of shape since my freshman year of high school!!!! I never imagined losing this much weight and never actually intended to! It just happened as I did her DVD's three times per week. The BootCamp 2 DVD is great and I love it. It has several workouts to choose from and includes core exercises, cardio, and toning (all of which are crucial for weight loss; as is changing your workouts- which she gives you so many options, you can change often). So worth $20! I would've paid $100 to get the results I had been waiting 2 1/2 years to get!!!! You can't go wrong buying this. It's a fantastic workout that continues to challenge me after months of using it!!

This DVD is perfect for getting back into pre pregnancy shape. What I really like about Lindsay is her focus on the pelvic floor. This is key to a flatter belly. I wish I had know this ten years ago - if you are quad dominant (which I was) you tend to neglect the pelvic floor and ab muscles.

The total workout time is around 25 minutes long if you do the warm up, core, cardio and cool down. The 10 minute cardio segments are pretty intense. I was a bit hesitant before purchasing this since there weren't many reviews. This DVD surpassed my expectations and I highly recommend it! I have a three month old and have been using this for two months, I love it and am 5 lbs away from returning to my pre preg. weight.

After 3 kiddos in 4 years I needed a quick workout. I used Lindsay Brin's Postnatal Boot Camp after babies 2 and 3 and got my body back very quickly. And then I was looking for more, and I found Boot Camp 2! I love it!

My favorite part is that I can mix n match the workout. Between 10 minute total body workouts and 5 minute core workouts. I know I should warm-up but sometimes there just isn't time so I just select 2 of the 10 minute workouts plus a core workout. And I am sore the next day! But there is a 4 minute warm-up and 3 minute cool-down section I use when I'm not in too big of a hurry. Plus there are 6-10 minute workuts and 6-5 core workouts to choose from.

I read one of the reviews posted here that said there was no music (there is music on my DVD) and the workout was choppy. I found that untrue-its like postnatal boot camp where you can create the time of your workout. Like I said before I like to create a 25 minute workout, but you can create more or less with the menu options. And to make it easy Lindsay Brin offers the 8 week program-where she puts together the workout for you. It's kind of like having your own personal trainer.

Lindsay is very knowledgable about the core and bellys after having a baby. A very refreshing instructor, not annoying and very knowledgable. She has a lot of good stuff to stay and on some videos I have to turn the instructor volume off cause I get annoyed. But I've been using Postnatal Boot Camp for a couple years and Boot Camp 2 for a few months and I love it!

And the workouts are intense enough that even if I only get 10 minutes I feel wonderful and get a good workout. And I workout a lot, so I think highly of a DVD that can still challenge me. And I don't get bored cause there are so many workouts to choose from.

Highly recommended!

First off I am an active person, but have never really loved the "gym".
Regardless of how I diet and exercise I will remain a size 12-14. When I am in top shape, it is because I am biking, skiing & hiking all the time. But since having a baby last Feb I don't have time for all day adventures that don't include nap time.
After reading other reviews I thought I would give Boot Camp 2 a try. I am on week 3 and can tell a difference in my body! I was in size 16 most of the summer, but now 7 months post delivery I am back in pre pregnancy pants. Yah. I am just going by the scheduled workouts - a couple days I have added either a extra core or stregth work out in - 3 to 5 times a week.
My body will never look like Lindsay's or the other mom in the workout and I am not sure if I believe Lindsay when she says "that you can have a better body then before you had a baby"........Let's just say that after 8 weeks I would like to fit comfortably in my ski gear for this season!

I love Lindsay Brin's Bootcamp 2 for so many reasons!
1. You can do a complete workout in just 20 minutes, which is SO important when you're a busy mom. You can do your workout while the baby is napping and still have time to do all the other things that need to be done!
2.It's easy to follow. Some fitness DVD's are so fast-paced it is impossible to keep up with them. Lindsay takes you through the workout slowly enough so that you able to do each exercise properly and not fall behind.
3.It doesn't require any expensive fitness equipment. A lot of fitness DVD's require special equipment. In Bootcamp 2, you just need a couple a couple sets of weights, and that's it!
4.It's effective. After only one week of following the 8-week program, I already noticed positive changes in my body!

After having my baby I lost all my baby weight but still had a little chub on my belly and sides. Since I couldn't go to the gym as I normally would (because I don't want to leave my baby at a gym nursery and had no one to babysit her) I ordered this DVD because of all the great reviews, I have done the 8 week program and love the results, I can fit back into my jeans and feel a lot sexier again! My husband is proud of me for sticking to it and loves the results as well. Be warned, she kicks your butt in a few of the workouts, but thats what you want in order to get great results! I will be using this DVD throughout my career as a stay at home mom! Highly recommended.

I started using this 4 wks after my 2nd baby. I used to do p90x everyday, all the way up until my due date, so I wanted a really good workout (not something lame). This is perfect. Each workout is 30-35 minutes, which is just about all of the time I can spare these days. It pushes me just enough, but not too hard. I'm already noticing my core section is getting tighter (baby is 8 wks old today). I plan on doing the DVD 3-4 more weeks then going back to the more intense p90x-type workout. great buy if you're looking for a transition workout and the routines are tough enough that I wouldn't mind continuing beyond the 8 wk program.

I ordered this video when I accidentally came across it while looking at some new Denise Austin videos. The reviews were so great that I fugured I would give it a try and see what happens. I am so glad I did! My youngest "baby" is now 4 years old and yet I had never lost the 30 extra pounds I've been carrying since giving birth. I was ready to give up, I really thought I would never be thin again. I decided to try the 8 week plan as given on the DVD, I am now in my 7th week and I am wearing jeans I haven't worn in years :). I have lost inches all over, but the most exciting part is that this video works wonders on the waistline. No more huge belly bulge hanging over my jeans. I can't say enough good things about this Bootcamp video. It has given me hope that I will return to my prepregnancy size as I am already well on my way there. Lindsay is a wonderful instructor, so encouraging and the DVD plan really eases you up into more difficult workouts. I have seen a huge improvement in my cardiovascular health, flexibility, balance and muscle strength. If you are a mom who is discouraged about your body don't give up, just start this 8 week program and you will be so glad you did!

I absolutely loved this DVD! I gained almost 40 lbs with my first pregnancy
and was desperate to lose it. I was exhausted from sleepless nights and didn't feel like I had the energy to work out---then I came across this dvd and it was so much fun! I had a great work out, in a short amount of time and had a blast doing it. Lindsay is so down to earth--I just love her! I would highly recommend this bootcamp dvd as well as all the rest of hers!

I have several of Lindsay's videos and this is the first one I bought and started working out to. I love it because it is quick and to the point and you feel as though you have gotten a really good workout in. Within a few weeks I could really tell a difference in how strong my core muscles were. It makes a big difference when you know how to do the exercises correctly and Lindsay does a wonderful job of explaining it to you.
