From the Back Cover

Peter Keen is the Bill Gates of the philosophy of cyberspace. If you don't read this book, you won't know what will happen. --Arthur R. Taylor, President, Muhlenberg College, Former President of CBS, Inc., Founder of the A&E Network Arcane language and unfamiliar technology have long made the business uses of telecommunications opaque to managers and information systems specialists. On-Line Profits changes all that. Keen and Ballance use clear prose and simple explanations to make the ideas broadly accessible. --Paul Gray, Professor and Chair, Program in Information Science, Claremont Graduate University Peter Keen once said that the telecommunications revolution of the 90s would make the development of the microchip in the 80s look like a turtle on valium. In On-Line Profits, he not only describes how the revolution is affecting electronic commerce but shows that, to be competitive into the next century, companies must begin embracing electronic commerce now. --Dan R. Carmichael, CPCU, President and CEO, Ivans, Inc.

This review is from: On-Line Profits: A Manager's Guide to Electronic Commerce (Paperback)
I bought that book and was dismayed at the lack of help in starting my own internet business....he just threw around some techinical mumbo jumbo and called it a book, I hope he tries to write another book that is easier for normal people to read.
