'The Millennium Force' lecture to the Institute of Public Relations conference in 1995 on the future of PR with Dr. Jon White, Dr Reginald Watts FIPR and Tom Brannan FCIM was the first lecture on the future effect of Information and Communications Technologies to any public relations forum in the world.

Formed Phillips And Company a Public Relations and Marketing consultancy with clients such as SKF, Rockwell Automation, Hughes Network Systems, Tussauds, Hyster Europe, Boss Group, APV/Bitzer and Atlet.

The consultancy business was sold in an MBO to Taurus PR in 1997.

1979
Marketing and Public Relations Director with Lancer Boss Group. Member of the three strong international acquisitions team. The company CEO was made a Knight during this period.

Change of the corporate identity of the company worldwide
Launched (worldwide) the widest range of products across the whole industry sector
