It breaks down aggressive skating for younger readers so they can understand it. It gives good information about some tricks that are done in skating but there is not too much to the book. There should be even more information then they give. They emphisize safty and rules at skate parks. They explain the use of pads and helmets. It is a book for beginners who do not know much about aggressive skating. Overall I would say it was a quick and easy read that gave a moderate amount of information.
