A must have cable for connecting your Vaiax to a compatible Line6 products. If you already have a Variax PC USB interface, the cable that came with it is NO substitute. This cable is by far more secure and besides it longer.

The Cable will allow for digital audio, power and control of your Variax. Don't know if there are any other applications other than using it with a Variax.

The cord does what it is supposed to do and it does it well. It does cut out sometimes but I am pretty sure that it is because of the connection on my Variax guitar.

The variax guitar is incredibly flexible and the digital cable interface is the perfect tool to update, power and play in a gig setting.

Shipping was on time and well packaged.

Bought the VDI cable to connect my Jame Tyler Variax (JTV-69) to my HD500. Vender shipped quickly and had it in a couple of days. Works great. Allows presets in my guitar to be changed if I have them set in my pedal and provides power (no battery required). Length is great (25') Would like to see (and would buy)shorter lengths if avail.

If you plan to use your Variax in a live setting with a POD XT Live, this is the way to go. Sturdy and long enough to rock on a stage. Thumbs up!
