5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome., November 2, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: On the Line (Audio CD)
I am a huge fan of NSync but I haven't yet seen On the Line. Ya know with school and all. But I decided to buy the soundtrack and I got what I wanted and more.

1. On the Line-The On The Line All-Stars: It's catchy and a great song.

2. That Girl Will Never Be Mine-NSync: WOW! This song is awesome!

3. Under You- Trickside: If you go on the offical webside: ... you can make a music video with this song on it. It's a cool song.

4. Don't Look Down-BBMak: I like BBMak and this song but...it doesn't sound like them!

5. Let's Get Together-Al Green: It's a good song but the voice kinda annoys me'

6. Let Me Be- Britney Spears: It's an annoying song yet...okay/cool song. And though I like NSync, doesn't mean I "LOVE" Justin. It's fine with me if he dates...her.Sometimes she gets on my nerves but sometimes not.

7. Falling-NSync: Great love song. It's awesome cause you can hear Chris....he's got a great voice.

8. Do you C what I C?-Vitamin C- Sounds too high to be Vitamin C.

9. Ready to Fall-Joey Fatone: Joey's got an awesome voice! Wow! Great voice and great song....

10. To Be Able to Love: Jessica Folker: She's got an annoying voice, but it's your choice...

11. My Hit Song: Melissa Lefton: Great song!!

12. Say You'll Walk the Distance- Robyn: Robyn has a great voice and this is a good song.

13. Richie Sambora: Take Me On: It's an okay song.

14. Can't Trust Myself: Blaque: The music doesn't sound like Blaque...to me anyways.

15. Ready to Fall-Meredith Edwards: WOW!! I've heard of her with Lance as her manager etc....well, when I listened to this song I was blown away. Her voice is amazing!

5.0 out of 5 stars Soundtrack of my Summer, July 28, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: On the Line (Audio CD)
I have had this CD in my car pretty much since I got it, and it has become the soundtrack of my summer. It has a great mix of styles and artists and, even if you buy this only because you like NSYNC, I think that if you give the whole CD a chance you will end up liking it.

I can't really pick a favorite song because I like them all so well, but it could be NSYNC's "Falling" co-written by Chris Kirkpatrick, a classic NSYNC ballad, with a lovely melody and beautiful harmonies. I also reallly love BBMak's "Don't Look Down" and Britney's "Let Me Be", two artists I had never really listened to before. Oh, and who could forget Al Green's remake of "Let's Stay Together", now that'll get ya goin' on your way to work!!

If you give the "On the Line" soundtrack a chance, I think that you might just discover an artist or style that you didn't think you liked. All in all, for me, "On the Line" is right "on the money" for the listening mood I'm in this summer.

"subaudiblesense" (Miami Beach, FL United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: On the Line (Audio CD)
To my own surprise, this CD is actually very, very good! I bought this CD because my favorite artist is featured in it, Robyn. It's her first U.S. single in almost five years (she released a second album that was not released in the U.S....if you're interested in listening to intelligent lyrics, check it out: My Truth - Robyn). Robyn's song is called "Say You'll Walk the Distance." I'm glad she hasn't lost her touch...the song is my favorite on the album. The other songs on this album are pretty good too... Britney Spears is featured in this CD with a new single called "let me be." She's changed her sound a bit, vast improvement. The title track is also very good, it features the main singer from BBMak, Mandy Moore, the NSync boys who are featured in the movie, and some group I've never heard of. Al Green's remix is another great song. Vitamin C and Blaque have good tracks too. It's a fun somewhat, if not completely "pop" CD. Regardless, ROBYN is featured! So, you have to buy it! lol, just kidding.
