I purchased this book because is was recommended reading in preparation for the Arizona A-17 exam. The information in this book is essential to prepare for this exam. It was very informative and the illustrations were very helpful. I recommend this book for anyone needing supplemental information pertaining to utility work.

This book is very informative, realistic, easy to understand and very up to date. I have recommended it to others in the field. If most technical books were like that we may hardly have need for tutors.
