It does not have a large vocabulary. The explanation is just one word for one word (in different languages); no sample sentences, no different variations (such as stick, stuck, sticking, ...). The PHRASE function is a joke. It only contains a few preset simple dialogs (such as "give me the bill, please"). What makes it really a shabby toy is that the sound is basically indistinguishable... high-pitched, fast, noisy, like that from a tiny tiny speaker (like holding your telephone handset 2 feet away).
A cheap toy. However, it does contain something useful: the Oxford dictionary (English-English). That's all.

did not like unit, very limited pharses. could not have conservations because it took to long to look up words and pharses. difficult to scroll through all the menu options to find what I was looking for.
