When I ordered this router I thought it would be brand new.

It was a refurbished one instead. I found out when I tried calling the Linksys hotline for help when it stopped working.

No support for refurbished routers.

It is a piece of junk that is not working.

I had to get another router - another brand name and definitely not from the same supplier.

I have a few routers (Trendnet, Netgear, Linksys)
I've owned 3 Linksys router over the years and they seem to have less problems then most others.
