I am so disappointed! I found several reviews of this item and only a few negative so I purchased. The item arrive damaged, and when I requested a replacement part, I got a recording listing dozens of unavailable replacements parts (not for my item, but greatly reducing my faith in the company altogether), and after waiting several days, finally got a response from customer service that no replacement parts were available for my item either! They told me to return...now I have to figure out how to repack & reship this huge box that weighs a ton...what a pain!!! I'll never deal with this company again...spend the extra money and buy some real furniture! Or go to WalMart...I'm replacing a huge Sauder entertainment center I bought & put together myself in less than an hour about 15 years ago--wayyyyy better quality than this stuff and probably less money!

When I received product, the bottom drawer was broken. The company responded that they did not have part and that I could send the stand back for exchange or refund. (A 79 POUND ITEM ALREADY ASSEMBLED??? HA HA!!) A call to company stated Amazon could open another box and send me the part. I WAS NOT HAPPY!!! I am surprised Amazon would deal with such a company with such poor service. Product is OK but does chip easily. My opinion of Amazon has been slightly tarnished.

OK, it was a bit of a pain to put together. I had to back-track a few times on both the TV stand and the first shelf. The pictures are decent, but there's detail missing.

I had to whittle a peg on the TV stand a bit to get things to fit together.

That being said, the units look really good. When put together, it feels quite stable.

I have a 42" 1080P monitor that fits on it very well. I was able to put a UPS under one of the sliding doors to keep my DVR powered. Overall it's a very reasonable unit considering the price.

My wife even likes it, which is really what matters.

I've had this for about a week now and I like it a lot. For the money, the quality is good and I like how it looks. The 5 star rating is based on those factors alone.

However, if I were also rating the quality of the set-up instructions, it would definitely be 2 stars. There are times during set-up that you must align the pieces in a certain way so that the slots for the backboards all line up, but the instructions do not cue you in to this at all. I only knew to look for it because I've set up so many of these kind of things before. So if you buy this, make sure you proceed real carefully at each step.

Otherwise, I think it's a great unit.

Looks great! Pretty easy to put together. You do need to pay attention to which way you put some of the pieces so the slats in the back fit in to the furniture correctly. There's divits to slide the piece in that they don't tell you about in the assembly directions. We had to take a piece or 2 off and turn them around after we noticed this but all in all the directions were easy to follow. Very sturdy. Looks like something that came assembled when you get done putting it togeter.
