Jeff Anderson, leading graphic novel artist, best known for his work on the Judge Dredd stories. Readers of Comic World voted him runner-up in the best artist category for his Legends of Larian books. He lives with his wife and five children in Hartlepool, England.

This book is excellent. The artwork is great. The writing is wonderful. The only thing I would change would be to make it longer. It covers the most commonly told sunday school lessons stories, but there are a TON of other stories that are completely missed due to the brevity of this work. I would love to see it done as a collection book-by-book. Although some of the books would be hard to draw (especially the epistles of Paul-- where thers is no story, only concepts). Overall, I give it five stars for bringing the bible to a younger generation in an easy to read and understandable format while also being entertaining.

I am 20 years old and I love this Bible. It's an awesome way to learn the Old Testament in a fun and easy way. The pictures make the stories come to life!

We bought this as a gift. (The giftee's mother chose this one based on the reviews.) When it arrived, I gasped. It is far more beautiful and well-produced (nicer paper, better size, better hand-feel) than the one we own and the one we had recently seen in a store. If I had had any idea I wouldn't have even considered any others. Also as soon as the giftee (7) put it down, his older sister (9) picked it up and read it for quite some time.
