I was sent the wrong item. My order from Amazon was Cd's no LP'S I didnt even waste my time to send them back. Unhappy

"Lip Gloss" is the most annoying, aggravating, ridiculously stupid song to hit the airwaves in 2007. I'd rather listen to snap music than garbage like this song.
Lil Mama already comes off like an obnoxious, pretentious teenager (which she is) and she compounds that problem with a terrible song like "Lip Gloss". The hook is not impressive, the drums are wasted, and the lyrics defy explanation. 'My lip gloss is poppin. My lip gloss is cool'. Please tell me what the point of that is.
And the arrogance of calling her self the 'voice of the young people' is particularly galling. If she's represents our current young people, then this world's in trouble.

this is the dumbest this to sing about, this shows that artists are running out of things to sing about and we need real artists with real talent back. using your daddy to get into the industry is not going to help you in the long run.

What, a song about lip gloss? What's next a song about eye shadow? This is the worst song I've ever heard. The lyrics are repeated over and over and over, "What you know about me?""What you know about me?""What you know about me?""What you know about me?""What you know about me?"
It didn't take an awful lot of talent to think this song through. It's just as bad as the song "Chicken Noodle Soup".

Lil Mama is a is a spring of fresh air from the typical group of female hip hop artist from the past who just talk about their body parts and men. It's nice to have a young female thaat does not have to use curse words to express themselves.

i got this on my ipod and i enjoy listening to it (obviousely) it's catchy and fun even though its bout something as stupid as lip gloss. i love my gloss though! but it just seems like a dumb idea for a song. ppl shouldn't hate on lil mama just because she's not your music taste everyone's is different.but yeah if you like rap and hip hop then you'll enjoy this.

How about I got the product in the mail a few minutes ago. Guess what it is? It's a record, not a CD, a freaking record. Now I have to play the song on my computer now, cause some lame ppl sold it like a CD. I should've read something before purchasing this single. Still love you though Lil Mama...

This song makes me feel like the hottest 17 year old on the block, and really, what's better than that? Lil Mama has definite skills, and I can't wait until she puts out something else. You should probably buy this single!
