Dietary Changes in Humans,
By Mark Pubols (Pullman, WA USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Lipids, Health, and Behavior (Hardcover)
This book was an excellent source for me to understand the effects of dietary lipids on human health. The problems with cell signaling and transduction brought about by inadequate intake of omega-3 fatty acids is profound.Anyone wishing to understand Essential Fatty Acids better will benefit from reading this book. The explanations are concise yet not mired in jargon. It is an easy read for scientists and lay people alike.
