This drawer organizer is perfect for my needs. The top is compartmentalized. You have the option of removing the small dividers on the top to make four sections. The bottom part is divided into three sections. But once again the dividers can be removed to make either one or two sections. The top section slides fairly smoothly. However, the gap is only three inches wide. So most of the time you must lift the top tray out to reach the bottom items. But this does not seem to be an inconvenience. It is light being bamboo, but very sturdy.

This drawer organizer is exactly what I needed! The small compartments are perfect for corralling all those little items that usually make such a mess of my drawer (paper clips, erasers, etc). I love that the spaces are customizable by removing some of the dividers - it's so versatile! The two-tiered design was perfect for the space I had to fit it in. I've had it for a few months now, and have had no problems. It seems to be quite sturdy, and the bamboo makes it look really good. The one complaint I have is that the bottom level isn't quite long enough for my ruler, but it fits fine in a diagonal position so it's really not a problem.

This drawer organizer filled my need exactly. I had a large drawer and all my desk items were loose and I couldn't find what I needed. This bamboo, two tier organizer puts everthing at within view and easy to locate
