I love the fact that this banana hanger is made of bamboo, which is a renewable resource. It has a beautiful look to it.

My primary complaint is the that hook is exceptionally small compared to most banana hangers. If you look closely at this hook, and compare it to other banana hangers you will notice just how small it is. That makes it hard to hang bananas when you have 2 layers of them (5-8 bananas). The picture shown here appears to be taking one banana off to the side to allow all 4 to hang, which would weaken the stem on the one banana, in fact in could detach. I would say go with a banana hanger with a bigger hook if your family consumes a lot of bananas. I also prefer the ones that have a fruit basket underneath as a space saver.

I've broken a half dozen or more of the cheap plastic banana holders from Wal-Mart but no more. Got this one and it's holding up with no problems. Only thing that I would change about it would be to use a larger hook to hang the bananas from. Otherwise, this is a great product and should last. It looks great on the counter too.

Love it. The bananas balance on the item no matter how many you have. The hook is a little chinsy, but no biggie.

I was surprised that choosing a banana hanger could be so problematic. Many reviews for other hangers talked about tipping over, hook size, etc. This seemed to have the best reviews. We've used it a couple of times so far with several bananas on it -- up to 7 in a bunch. No issues with tipping over.

It's attractive and doesn't take up too much space.

My only gripe is that one of the screws was stripped out of the bottom, so it won't stay in. However -- 1.) it's an easy fix -- I'll just find a larger screw and put it in. 2.) Even with one screw securely in the bottom, the hanger still performs fine.

If you're looking for an attractive banana hanger, I would recommend this.

Hanger came quickly and was in advertised condition.
It's a perfectly standard banana hanger. However, the hook could be bigger.
I'm going to have to get a bigger hook. The good thing about how this one is made is that the hook is easily replaceable.

It's a banana holder , what else can I say , it does it's job, nothing fancy.

I ordered two of these. One of them was received broken in half. It was too much of a headache to return so I just threw it away. Guess I will stick to just books when buying from Amazon. Hard to break those.

Works pretty good; however doesn't keep the bananas from aging but keeps them off the counter and does look good.
