I live alone so I often eat in the living room. It is much more convenient with a lap tray than with a TV tray. This bamboo tray is perfect for my needs and it is made very well.

The table comes in very handy to write or eat in bed and is convenient in that the legs fold, so it is easy to stow after use. It is well made and doesn't look like it's about to fall apart anytime soon. The only problem I have is that the legs are not very sturdy. When you pick it up, they dangle in the air. The folding mechanism doesn't have a lock to keep the legs folded or open. If you try to push or drag the table with the legs out, you have a fair chance of it collapsing. The unlocking legs require some care while handling, but otherwise I am pleased with this product. The usefulness of it outweighs the minor flaws, especially for the price!

My husband and I just upgraded our bedroom with a spacious king size bed and we want to spend good time in it! So we decided to buy a bed tray for our breakfast/ snack on the weekends and this middle size tray served very well for this purpose. It's really nice that its legs folds, but even so think about where you want to storage it. It's not too large (good size) for breakfast/snack, but it can be large enough to take some room out of your cabinets.
