We were impressed that the table and chairs were made of solid wood not just pressed wood. The price of the table and chairs was reasonable as well. The shelfs in the table were a real asset to our children for storing their crayons, schoolwork and school boxes. The table was easy to put to gather. Chairs took a little more time because instead of using regular screws they used screws that used an allen wrench. With this in mind it took a little more time, however, we are overlly satisfied with the product and would recommend the table and chairs to anyone.

We like this set a lot for our 2 year old, but it is very tall for him at this point. I would recommend it for an older kid.

One thing is that the bolts for the table legs are too short. There are 2 lengths for each leg. one is shorter than the other which causes the legs to be wobbly. So I replaced them all with longer screws and now they are really strong.

Only for that... This is awesome set.

Good quality and nice style. It's a bit higher than I thought it would be, but that may turn out for the better over time for growing kids.

I ordered this product along with some additional chairs for my son's second Christmas. It is extremely well made and durable. He loves it and it is the perfect size to grow with him. It will last him for many years. Would highly recommend this table.

This seems to be a very solid product and it is also well made. I do have a complaint about putting this together. There is not a lot of hardware and the completion should have been simple. Instead I gave myself a blister on one finger trying to screw the table legs to the table top. When I used a drill to deepen the holes, that helped but it was still very difficult. The chairs were much easier to put together and were no trouble at all. I still need to call the company because one of the chair seats has a gouge in it. I plan to do that in the next few days. I will give an update how that goes. All in all I believe that this seems to be a very nice product and it should last.

Sent as a birthday present to our 2 year old granddaughter. Great present. Love the inside shelf. She can put her coloring books and crayons and anything else in the shelf. Easy access for her. Sturdy chairs!

We got this set last year for our 7 year old, who had out grown her previous table and chairs set. I have been very impressed with this set! It is made of solid wood, and both the table and chairs are nice and sturdy. My toddler and preschooler can climb into the chairs, even stand up in them and they don't tip over like other child size chairs we have had. The table is still a great height for my 8 year old, and I expect it will fit her for a few more years until her brother grows into it- and I'm sure it will hold up to being passed down. I would suggest it for ages 6-10, because of the size.

I wish I would have read all the reviews before I bought this table. Both of the chairs had to be repaired. The wood was split where they were put together. The top of the table looks like the stain has been sprayed on and has dry spots. I am very disappointed, but didn't feel like spending the extra money to send it back. I just paid someone to fix the chairs. For this kind of money I would have expected better quality.
