a farily useful refresher manual for psychiatric nursing care.It would be more comprhensive if it also include aspects of care which, although physical complenented the displayed mental health symptoms .e.g DEMNTIA PT = HEARING IMPEDIAMENT. what are the steps TO FOLLOW IN THE CARE PLAN FOR THE INTERVENTION . SIMPLE EXAMPLE BUT IF YOU DO NOT KNOWN THE STEPS THEN THIS BOOK IS NOT HELPFUL
