5.0 out of 5 stars Very Verstile
This is a very versatile cup holder. My husband has two of them, 1 for his power wheelchair and 1 for his bed. (He is quadriplegic and sleep only on his back. We have rigged a long straw that can be placed directly in front of his mouth. That way he can sip any time he wants to.) I'm going to add another one on the wheelchair for a companion or a caregiver.

I bought this cupholder to hold my coffee mug on the handle bars of my bike while riding to work. I have a cruiser bike and ride less than a mile each way to and from work. I had this cupholder for about a month, and LOVED IT. It was great because you can mount it right where you want it, and easily grab your thermos for a drink on your ride. I was thrilled. It held more than a few beers as well, which was great because they are thinner than my thermos. The adjustability of it came in handy more than once.

One day I was riding to work, and hadn't gotten more than a block away when the cupholder snapped off it's mount. The mount has a metal screw that connects it to the arm on the cupholder, however the screw doesn't seem to go far enough into the arm. This is where it broke, as it was just plastic there, and relatively thin.

This cupholder held 22oz of coffee and the weight of my thermos for about a month before it broke. It did this as I went over a (very small) bump in the road. If you are going to use this on relatively smooth surfaces, you MIGHT be okay. I do not take an off-road trail to work, and the roads are quite fine around here, so you may be disappointed in the longevity, as I was. While it was working, though, it sure was nice to have.

5.0 out of 5 stars a true marine enviorment product, June 5, 2010

I got a few of these holders for my sailboat I use in salt water. It's a 26' Macgregor with water ballast so it is very 'tippy' boat in the gusts. I wanted something like this that would not spill on those 45 degree plus tips when hands are needed. I found these cup holders to work as well as could be expected and I was pleasantly surprized to see the metal parts were stainless steel. It attatches nicely to the stearn rail seats or the stantions, and they can also be quickly unscrewed by hand leaving the base and attatched with the triple suction cups base to many other places on board. Cups hold firm with both bases, and really look nice in white on a white boat. They have a foam liner with foam loop pieces along the rim to keep drinks centered and in place. I have to give it 5 stars ...I can't really find anything I would change considering design and function. At first I thought the foam could be thicker to keep the drinks colder longer, but then they would not fit it you already have have huggies on them. ..a well thought out design and very good value for my application.

5.0 out of 5 stars excellent for your bike, October 29, 2008

I bought this holder because I'm not real coordinated when it comes to riding a bike. I crashed my bike and the drink I had in the holder never even spilled the holder turned and kept it right side up! This holder is great!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great cups for the sailboat, November 5, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
We bought these cups originally about five years ago and they were a great way to hold our drinks on deck. Sun has a way of weakening plastic over time and one of the cups became brittle and broke when it was accidentally knocked while we were under sail. I was glad to find them still available and at a reasonable price. We buy white as colors do fade fast in the strong sun. They come with several different ways to attach to the boat, all of which are easy and fast. Very good product!

3.0 out of 5 stars Motorcycle Drink Holder, October 21, 2011
This is a great product. Holds various size bottles and cans and keeps them in place. Extends for long and collapses for short. Has flexible straps to hold tight. Only problem is if you go over a bump even a small bump with a full or close to full bottle it jumps and breaks the cup holder off the mount. Then you have a broken cup holder and a bottle skipping down the road on their own. If this happens, check with the manufacturer to see if they will send you a new one.

4.0 out of 5 stars Cup Holder, August 28, 2006
This review is from: Liquid Caddy Drink Holder (Misc.)
I liked the options of how the cup holder can be mounted. I drive a Ford Crown Victoria for a living. The interior is loaded with gadgets. The installer of these gadgets blocked the factory installed cup holders. Having no place to put my Dunkin Donuts coffee cup posed a problem. But the Liquid Caddy Drink Holder, solved that little inconvience.
