5.0 out of 5 stars best tasting vitaminD3/calcium - bluebonnet's blueberry
so, following some research, i'm persuaded that:
* i should be taking vitamin D3 & calcium, as i cruise in the vicinity of middle-age.
* the ratio present in this product of the vitamin D3 with the calcium & magnesium, in the form it comes in, is the most appropriate to properly absorb the maximum benefits of taking vitamin D3.
* this pleasantly thick,...

2.0 out of 5 stars high quality but my teeth hate it
Hi, I bought this because my doctor advise me and my daughter to take Cal, mag, zinc supplement. Plus, I was told that magnesium citrate is better absorbed by the body. Only problem I have is that after taking this my teeth felt super sensitive as if I ate lemons or vinegar. Might try taking it with a straw next time. Has anyone else experience this?

well, folks, there are plenty of products that do all the above. we are left to find the best flavor.

here it is - bluebonnet's blueberry.

i like it straight up. it can be stirred in any yogurt. it can be added to milk/soy & poured over cereal - works great with grape-nuts Post Grape-Nuts Cereal, 24-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4). it could probably be frozen with milk/soy/yogurt/jello into a tasty creamsicle.

4.0 out of 5 stars Bluebonnet Beats Others By a Wide Margarine --oops,"Margin", December 23, 2009
Before I bought this, I asked my doctor if she'd ever heard of the brand, pretty much expecting her to say, "Of course, I use Bluebonnet margarine all the time!" but, in fact, she was familiar with this supplement and said it'd be perfectly good to take. Like another reviewer here, I noticed that my nighttime foot cramps vanished almost immediately -- though, to balance the picture, that also may have been the case when I was taking Citrical alone. (I take Citrical Calcium + D in addition to Bluebonnet -- too neurotic to rely on any one brand to protect my bones!) The advantage of this formula is how pleasant and easy the liquid is to take compared to the usual horse pills that calcium comes in -- so while the pill-taking feels like a chore, having a spoon or two of this fruity liquid seems more like a treat, which means you'll be less likely to skip a dose. In the back of my mind, I have a little concern over the lack of a "USP Verified" mark, which would give some level of assurance that this Bluebonnet stuff does indeed contain what the label says it does. But it seems like an honest product, so until I turn on CNN and see Bluebonnet execs being led off in handcuffs in "Calcium Crisis 2012," I'll keep on taking it.

4.0 out of 5 stars A big difference, October 1, 2008

A friend suggested I try Cal/Mag to relieve nighttime leg/foot cramps. I've been taking it for 4 months and haven't had any cramps. I also noticed something else, I am a diabetic and have toe tingling and for me after a few days of taking Cal/Mag my tingling stopped, for me anyway.

I highly recommend this product to anyone. It contains calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D, all of which are great for optimum health. The liquid form goes to work much quicker than a pill. It's also much easier to swallow than a large, chalky tablet. The lemon flavor is excellent. It tastes like lemon cream pie. Great product!

5.0 out of 5 stars BEST EVER!!!, October 16, 2011

This review is from: Liquid Calcium Magnesium Citrate-Blueberry - 16 oz - Liquid (Health and Beauty)
I have tried many, and the reality is; if you need calcium/magnesium/citrate and have that chalky constipating style that pills come in. Maybe seems that you are taking a product that is not being absorbed, then this is perfect for you.

You can even add it to your cereal and shakes. I love the flavor off a spoon. Don't ship where it freezes and will stay outdoors long enough to freeze as it will break in the bottle. I learned the hard way.

Liquid calcium citrate with vitamin D and magnesium is an easy way to gain supplemental calcium without forcing down those "horse pills".

5.0 out of 5 stars great product, but shipping is not free as claimed, April 27, 2008
Bluebonnet is a great product. This distributor claimed free shipping with the code. Despite the code, they added shipping charges.
