I have used this product for the last two seasons at the lake. It works GREAT, our yard is free of goose droppings while the neighbors are not so lucky. The only draw back is the smell, I mean it really stink's! We make sure to apply it right before we leave for the week, when we return the smell is gone. We usually apply only 3 to 4 times the entire season, 50 ft lake front a gallon will last two years.

Have a 1/4 acre pond in front of house and keeping the geese away is a full time job. Tried this product and it does work, BUT, as soon as it rains there goes the protection. Too expensive and time consuming to keep using.

We mixed it like instructed and the ducks just continue coming into our garden and in our pool. Didn't stop them at all.

I anxiously awaited delivery of this product since the ducks were making our driveway look like a warzone. After the first application, there was no improvement. The ducks actually seemed to like it. I applied a heavier application the next day. Then I was certain the ducks loved it.

This along with the other product never worked amd so I would like a full refund this is a get over this is my opinion it doesn't work at all

I have been using this for several years to repel geese from my yard in a development of houses on the edge of a pond, a favorite spot for roving flights of the pesky birds. The first time I used it a few years ago I figured I'd need to reapply it a few times during the summer. Never got around to it but I found that the geese stayed away all season. They had lots of other lawns nearby to plunder and and "poopulate" which might be a factor. Since then I buy a 1-quart hose end bottle and spray it around early in the season. Usually by then they have been invading my yard so I notice the difference pretty immediately after spraying. I probably ought to do it again in the fall.

Yes, the stuff smells vile. Wear rubber gloves and clothes you'll toss in the washer right away while showering. Trust me, nobody loves you enough to hug you with traces of that stuff on you! Not even your mother!

Does the effect wear off? Well, logically it should--the way grass grows my guess is that whatever of the repellent is left in the plant diminishes as it keeps growing all season. But the geese seem to stay away. Maybe it really is "persistent." It may also involve a sort of conditioning. Picture it. They love munching my grass. Then one day each of them learns that for some odd reason that stuff now tastes SERIOUSLY bad! What kind of grass is this, anyway? And they may finally figure, life is short, so who needs this vile stuff when the neighbors have such delicious grass all around. And hey, this guy doesn't have it mowed short and sweet like everybody else.
