This does work, but it does require that you are somewhat particular. It may have to be done twice within a short time to run them off - but it does work.

Make sure your ground is wet - not just a hose down - really through and through. Then spray. No need for spraying it on shrubs or such, just the soil where they burrow.

If you live in a wet climate - Pacific NW - you might need to reapply every more often.

It does have an odor, but it disipates quickly and it's needed to run the moles off.

They clearly don't like this stuff... I am giving it 4 stars not because it got rid of the moles, but has suppressed them dramatically. The hole digging stops for weeks at a time, but slowly resume unless I reapply. I wish I found this sooner to save my lawn from the destruction, so you may have to use this to try to drive them off and resort to traps to finish them off... that's my experience. It's the best I've found, but not perfect.

I use every tool I can to keep moles from coming from my neighbor's yard. I also use D-con in the tunnels, which seem to work better than the regular mole poison pills.

This product was a temporary fix in my situation it was a small area probably about 50 foot by 75 foot, at first they seemed to not be active then they moved to another part of the area and after 2 weeks, I am pretty much back to where I started.

I guess if one could afford to spray every week and water the liquid fence in well it would probably work.

This stuff really works. I've tried others with no affect but this did the trick. Will order again very soon.

I live on an acre lot that has a 2300 square foot ranch in the middle of it. I purchased 4 quarts that should have covered 40,000 square feet. I used all 4 quarts in back (approximately 18,000 square feet). I moved fairly quickly with the hose-end sprayer so it wasn't that I oversprayed. I'm debating trying again as many reviewers have said works for them since the moles are back in full force over a month later, but am frustrated by the limited coverage.
