Pour down mole hole.

I know they're still out there because they're in my neighbor's yard (we share an unfenced yard), but they're only on his side.

Another application two months ago, and no sign of them yet.

This year I had new sod installed in my yard. Amost immediately I had moles. I had tried many products before with no success but since Liquid Fence was guaranteed I decided to try it. Since I had a heavy mole infestation I knew it would take two applications. After the first application no more moles surfaced. After the second application I saw a few runs but they were leaving my yard. I went ahead and applied the third application and have had no evidence of moles since. I thought at first Liguid Fence might be expensive but compared to the cost of replacing sod it is very cheap. Although Liquid Fence is supposed to be effective for four months I am now making a single application monthly.

I didn't want to kill my moles, just get them off my property. It was also very important to me that my lawn not be toxic to other animals.

My yard has been looking good since I used this. You do need to be sure to use it everywhere, however, because if you ignore gardens or other spots, the little critters will hide out there.

Applications last for two or three months, in my experience.

After reading the material on the Liquid Fence Mole Repellent I thought I had finally found something that would rid my flower beds of moles. I have been battling moles for years and tried just about every thing including traps. I actually used about three times more of this product than the instructions suggested. It appeared the moles left for about a week but they have returned again. I sprayed the area again and the moles didn't even leave that time that I could tell. They were still making tunnels. I give up!

This product is more effective for keeping moles out of our yard than anything we have tried. According to our hardware store owner, it coats the worms and grubs (food source) with castor oil, a taste that the moles and pocket gophers dislike. I would estimate a 90-95% success rate.

I think the keys to proper performance are complete coverage and being certain the product thoroughly soaks into the ground. I try to apply on days when there is a gentle all day rain. I apply after the ground is well wetted and more rain will soak it into the ground. Since our water source is a shallow well additional watering is not an option. Our soil is a silt loam with a good percentage of clay and I treat about every 3 months. I have good luck with this product but yard/garden conditions are so variable it's hard to say how well it might work for someone else. Trying the quart size first might be a cost effective approach.

I've tried several product to try to keep the pesky moles from making piles of dirt around our front and back yards, and this one actually seems to do the trick. I've tried the gopher-specific smoke bombs (fun, but ineffective); traps; idling a dirt bike with the exhaust channeled into the hole for 30 minutes; running water into the hole until it was coming up all over the yard. And still the dirt piles returned within a week or less. I applied this product on the ground after the last round of dirt piles about 6 months ago, and it was about 4 months before one returned. Another application two months ago, and no sign of them yet. Impressive!

This stuff just plain works. I put it on a little thick in the beginning of the season then "maintain" it about once a month with a light application (more often if there has been a lot of rain).

I will post an update after a few weeks but here's my initial report: I sprayed the product on my lawn yesterday but didnt finish doing the garden beds. Literally last night the moles were on the run and this morning I had tons of mole holes in the garden area that I didnt spray. This stuff definitely had them on the run immediately (I have never seen a hole or tunnel in that garden area, never). It appears this stuff really got their attention and my first impression of this product is nothing short of Amazing !!

Ill finish spraying the beds today and I'm anticipating they will leave my property completely.
