Mask is good for amateur users. The 5 megapixel camera gives good results on ground as well.
Some usefull tips: 1) wash the glass part with detergent at home before use and rinse thorogly. 2) to prevent fog in water: (before getting into water) clean the inner/outer glasses with a clean/dry cloth(paper towel). Wash your face with sea water and wait 20-30 seconds so that your face gets a little cooler. Spit into inner glass wash with sea water once and put the mask on. Alternatively, use small fog preventing sprays that can be found in relevant diving shops (higly recommended; fog on glasses disturbs your joy under water). 3)Make sure which is on: photo or video (frequesnt check in water; above water). After I return from my holiday I see that I have taken videos instead of photos. 4) While recording video move your head very slowly and gently. Otherwise videos recorded seem like scenes from "saving private ryan" on the battlefield (very shaky). 5) Try few shots for different distances with "+" sign on or below the object that you are trying to take picture. Again, when I am back to my computer cheking the pictures I see that some of them did not work well. 6) One final note which I might give negative feedback is the "universal size" of the mask. If you have a relatively big head/face you might have water leakage problem like me; i.e. the mask did not comfortably fit my face. I would urge someone to try it first in a shop to his/her face and check if it fits.

The manual said it's only water proof to 10m (NOT 20m as described in Amazon). NOT happy with it. I did bring it down to 24m and it seemed okay. (This is just personal experience.) If you are interested about the performance, here it is. I should bought the filter as well. The photos were not as good as the videos. probably because of the shutter speed could be as low as 1/8 sec. It is not that easy to control what is in your pic and what is not. I have got a pair of torch as well. the combination was quite heavy off water, but acceptable underwater. Just wondering if liquid image could have their underwater mask with higher ISO. 100 - 200 is way too low.

Nice but small,

This was a gift, and the people who received it told me the mask was too small for their heads. Other than that, no complaints. Had to return.

Not sure if the product was used or not, but the seal to the packaging was cut, and the box appeared to be previously opened. Beware of seller!!
